PVM Goes on the Web

New England - Property Valuation Monitor ^SM (PVM) is now available on the "Web". Beginning with this issue, the Fall 1995 Issue, the unabridged version of PVM ^SM will be available on the Internet's World Wide Web. With the growing use of on-line services for dissemination of news and information, PVM ^SM, like other publications, will move into the 21st century of publishing on the Web.

Like the printed version, the on-line version also will be free to readers. Excerpts of back issues also will be available there.

The Web and PVM ^SM can be accessed from Web access providers throughout the country, as well as through the major on-line services that have Web service such as CompuServe, America Online, Prodigy, and Delphi. PVM's Web site address is: http:// www.shore.net/~straub/pvm.htm .

Moreover, Property Valuation Advisors, itself, also now has its own homepage on the Web, titled PVA's Information Super Driveway ^SM at http:// www.shore. net/~straub/pva.htm . Both the SuperDriveway ^SM and PVM ^SM have already earned the Internet Real Estate Directory's "Excellent, Gold Star" rating for a real estate Web site.

If you don't have access to the Web, and/or you still want to receive PVM ^SM in its printed form, you still may request a copy. Beginning with the next issue (the "Winter Issue"), however, PVM ^SM will no longer be printed and mailed to existing readers unless a specific request is made.

If we don't receive a request from you, you will be dropped from our limited printed version mailing list.
