What's New!

During the past quarter, completed appraisal assignments included 1) appearing as an expert witness before the Maine State Board of Tax Review on the valuation of an oceanfront resort; 2) holding informal hearings on proposed commercial valuations for the Town of Kittery, ME; 3) valuation consulting on an industrial property in Laconia, NH; and 4) estimating a ground rent on a large recreational zoned parcel in Tewksbury, MA.

Upcoming activities include 1) performing a review appraisal on a manufacturing facility in NH; 2) performing a revaluation of all commercial and industrial property in Westbrook, Maine for the City; and 3) assisting in valuation negotiation on a large Southern Maine paper mill.

Lastly, we've expanded our on-line real estate appraisal bookstore. Not only will you find full color book covers of each book, but also objective book reviews.
