What's New!

During the past quarter, new appraisal assignments include a 60+ acre, multi-unit zoned, vacant parcel in Middlesex County, MA, and a self-contained narrative report on a 550,000+ SF R&D property on nearly 200 acres in southern NH.

Ongoing projects include a review appraisal of a very large New England paper manufacturing facility in the Greater Portland, ME area (assessed in excess of $200 million), as well as the revaluation of all commercial/industrial properties in the town of Kittery, ME.

In addition, we've expanded our on-line presence. In association with Amazon Books, we've opened an on-line appraisal bookstore. We focus on only the best appraisal and real estate texts and books. At our site, not only will you find full color book covers of each book, but also an in-depth, objective book review on each book.
