During the past quarter, appraisal assignments included:
  1. A narrative appraisal on a nearly 1,000,000 SF R&D facility in Hillsborough County, NH,
  2. A review appraisal on a shopping center in Windham, ME,
  3. A narrative review appraisal on a 400,000 SF manufacturing facility in the NH seacoast area,
  4. An appraisal of a former police station in York County, ME,
  5. An appraisal of a former school in Middlesex County, MA, and
  6. A 200 plus unit Continuing Care Retirement Community in the NH Lakes Region.

Ongoing assignments include the appraisal of all commercial/industrial (C/I) properties in Westbrook, ME, and an upcoming assignment includes the appraisal of all C/I properties in Brunswick, ME.
