Useful Web Sites in New England

Since its inception in the fall of 1995, the PVA web site has seen a steady increase in the number of hits it receives. It now receives about 750 hits per week, most of which come in from our Commercial Real Estate and Appraisal Web Sites page at <www.shore.net/~straub/comweb.htm>.

MITs Rotch Library, NYU’s Sterns Business School, and Johns Hopkins list this page as a valuable real estate resource at their web sites. The page is also a featured real estate web page at Excite, an internet search engine, and at the Greater Boston Chapter of the Appraisal Institute’s web page.

The reason for its popularity is because of the attempt at selectivity and thoroughness, so that pertinent and useful web sites are not missed, yet sites without useful content are excluded. New additions this past quarter in the New England section include:
