- Appraisal of two hydro-electric facilities,
- Appraisal of a 120 unit apartment complex in Laconia, NH,
- Appraisal of a greyhound track,
- Appraisal of a parcel of land for a municipal water system in MA,
- Appraisal of a potential eminent domain taking of an industrial property,
- Appraisal of a trash-to-energy facility in ME,
- Appraisal of machinery and equipment of a cement manufacturing facility.
- The review of a waterfront industrial facility in Portland, ME, and
- The the completion of the mass appraisal of about 800 commercial industrial properties in So. Portland, ME.
- Also, a number litigation support and counseling assignments were performed.
Ongoing appraisal assignments include:
- The appraisal of all commercial-industrial properties in Kennebunk, ME, for the assessors' office,
- The appraisal of an apartment complex in NH, and
- Litigation support on a multi-million dollar oceanfront property in NH as well as on a large tract of industrial land
