During the past six months, appraisal assignments included:

1. The appraisal of three multi-million dollar residences in the NH seacoast,
2. Appraisal of two hydro-electric facilities,
3. Appraisal of a 120 unit apartment complex in Laconia, NH,
4. Appraisal of a greyhound track,
5. Appraisal of a parcel of land for a municipal water system in MA,
6. Appraisal of a potential eminent domain taking of an industrial property,
7. Appraisal of a trash-to-energy facility in ME,
8. Appraisal of machinery and equipment of a cement manufacturing facility.
9. The review of a waterfront industrial facility in Portland, ME, and
10. The the completion of the mass appraisal of about 800 commercial industrial properties in So. Portland, ME.
11. Also, a number litigation support and counseling assignments were performed.

Ongoing appraisal assignments include:

• The appraisal of all commercial-industrial properties in Kennebunk, ME, for the assessors' office,
• The appraisal of an apartment complex in NH, and
• Litigation support on a multi-million dollar oceanfront property in NH as well as on a large tract of industrial land
