What's New!

During the past quarter, completed appraisal assignments included 1) a narrative appraisal report on an oceanfront resort in Kennebunkport, ME, 2) appearing as an expert witness at the NH Board of Tax and Land Appeals, 3) a review appraisal of a large paper manufacturing facility in ME, as well as 4) the revaluation of all commercial/ industrial properties in Kittery, ME.

Upcoming activities include 1) valuation consulting on an addition to a well-known inn in Maine, 2) appearing as an expert witness before the Maine State Board of Tax Review on the valuation of an oceanfront resort, and 3) holding informal hearings on proposed commercial valuations for the Town of Kittery, ME.

Lastly, we've expanded our on-line real estate appraisal bookstore. Not only will you find full color book covers of each book, but also objective book reviews.
