What's New!

During the past quarter, appraisal assignments included:
  1. A review appraisal of a special-use industrial facility in Rockingham County, NH,
  2. Providing expert appraisal testimony on a shopping center in Windham, ME,
  3. Completion of a mass appraisal of all commercial/industrial (C/I) properties in Westbrook, ME,
  4. Providing expert appraisal testimony on a 200 plus unit Continuing Care Retirement Community in the NH Lakes Region,
  5. Appraisals of LL Bean's retail facilities in Freeport, ME, and
  6. Appraisal consulting on rezoned commercial land in Greater Portland.

Ongoing assignments include the appraisal of all C/I properties in Brunswick, ME and review appraisals of a factory outlet mall and a large industrial facility in York County, ME.

Lastly, I will be teaching appraisal seminars in Southern Maine and Essex County, MA in September and we continue to add more books and objective book reviews to our on-line real estate appraisal bookstore.
