PVM is Back

After eight years of publishing Property Valuation Monitor (PVM) on a quarterly basis uninterrupted, in 2001 we took a two year hiatus -- but now it is back.

With a number of long term, municipal wide commercial and industrial appraisal projects to perform coupled with a white hot individual appraisal market, no time was left to write the quarterly publication.

The publication was popular with our private clients including lenders and RE attorneys, and municipal clients including assessors and finance directors dealing with RE issues, etc. Publishers of other RE publications and even our appraisal competition has had praise for the publication.

In addition to informing readers of useful, new RE publications via extensive book reviews, we also performed vacancy studies in northern New England. Occasionally, we also included expanded reports on the condition of a segment of the commercial and industrial RE market in northern New England.

For now, we expect to resume with two issues per year.

As many of you know, in addition to distributing PVM in paper format we also distribute it via e-mail, as well as on the Web at www.propertyvalu.com/pvm.htm
