IF YOU'VE GOT an e-mail box, you can now get Property Valuation Monitor SM delivered!
Although the last issue of Property Valuation Monitor SM (PVM) was supposed to be our last widely-distributed printed version, we have extended the printed version for this issue to all previous recipients. We have learned that while many of you have access to e-mail via the Internet, fewer of you have access to the World Wide Web. So, in addition to our Web version (and limited distribution print version), we are announcing PVM by e-mail.
With e-mail, you will get the same content as our Web version (and printed version), but with text only (no graphics). The greatest advantage of our e-mail version of PVM over the Web page version, however, is that you won't have to go looking for it on the Web. It will be delivered to you automatically, quarterly.
Again, if you have neither e-mail capabilities, nor Web access, we are happy to keep you on our limited printed version mailing list. Following the last issue, if you requested to remain on our printed version mailing list, you will not have to make this request again. You're all set.
If our e-mail option appears convenient for you, simply e-mail your request to:

For those of you who have access to the Web, on our PVA Web pages we have added some in-depth reviews to our "Great Real Estate Publications" section; added and enhanced many graphics; updated some of our "Free Software" links; and located a number of new Web sites which we have added to our "Commercial Real Estate Web Sites" section. You, therefore, may want to explore or re-explore our site.
