What's New!

During the past quarter, appraisal assignments included 1) appearing as an expert witness before the NH Board of Tax and Land Appeals on the valuation of a mixed use property; 2) beginning a revaluation of all commercial and industrial property in Westbrook, ME for the City; and 3) performing a narrative appraisal on a 150,000 SF high bay warehouse in Southern, NH.

Upcoming assignments include a narrative appraisal on a nearly 1,000,000 SF R&D facility in Hillsborough County, NH, a review appraisal on a shopping center in Windham, ME, and a narrative review appraisal on a 400,000 SF manufacturing facility in the NH seacoast area.

Lastly, we've added more books to our on-line real estate appraisal bookstore. Not only will you find full color book covers of each book, but also objective book reviews.
