During the past quarter, appraisal assignments included:
  1. An appraisal of a former prison under redevelopment to office/R&D space in York County, ME,
  2. Market conditions study of the Southern NH office and industrial real estate market,
  3. Review appraisals of a factory outlet mall and a large industrial facility in York County, ME,
  4. Appraisal of a 170 acre vacant parcel under development for a golf course in the NH seacoast area,
  5. An appraisal update to a cement manufacturing facility in midcoast ME,
  6. A consulting assignment on a mini-golf/go-cart center in the NH Lakes Region,
  7. An appraisal of a 600,000 SF office/R&D facility located in Nashua, NH, and
  8. An appraisal teaching assignment on capitalization rates for the Essex County (MA) Assessors Association.

Ongoing assignments include the appraisal of all commercial-industrial properties in Brunswick, ME for the assessors office, and a counsulting assignment in Southwest Harbor, ME.
