Top Wishes of Appraisal Users and Reviewers

Results of a survey by Property Valuation Advisors of Newburyport, MA reveal that clients using commercial real estate services desire the following:

One respondent stated that appraisal reports would be more valuable, if appraisers simply knew how to write.

The survey was sent to lending institution appraisal department heads and review appraisers in NH, ME, and MA.
