SINCE WE ARE a New England-based appraisal firm, we thought it would be appropriate to feature a native dish:
Lobster and Fruit Salad! - Boil or steam two one-pound lobsters and place various size chunks of cooked lobster meat in a large bowl (use thawed frozen lobster meat if you can't get fresh). Place in fridge and let lobster meat cool. Next, cut up melons, nectarines, bananas, apples, strawberries, grapes, and/or any other fruit of your choice and add shredded coconut. Fold in cut fruit with lobster chunks in the bowl. Put in a few toothpicks.
Eat as an appetizer, salad, main dish or dessert (don't eat the toothpicks).
